Keris Marsden of Fitter Food and Lucy Rocca of Soberistas are teaming up to bring you a fantastic new event – The Women’s Health, Hormones and Happiness Workshop 2018.

Women's Health, Hormones and Happiness 2018Covering women’s health, hormones and happiness and specifically addressing body confidence, female hormones and stress management our one day women’s health, hormones and happiness conference is a must attend for all ladies with a passion and interest in a healthy, happy lifestyle.

We’ll be running the Workshop on Saturday February 24 2018 at The Barns, Fitness Studios, Potton, SG19 2LU.




Our focus will be on:

  • The fundamentals of female health
  • The female body: beyond nutrition and exercise
  • Hormone health for fat loss
  • Stress and adrenal function
  • Happiness: the missing link for long-term health

But won’t worry, we’ll be featuring practical, hands on tips for transforming your health in 2018 and all delegates will leave with a personal action plan targeted to meet their individual health goals.

Food and Drink

Tea and coffee will be provided and a delicious Fitter Food lunch is included in your ticket price. There will also be snacks and samples to enjoy throughout the day from friends of Fitter Food and Soberista.

A Little About Your Speakers

Keris Marsden –
(NT Dip CNM, BA Hons, mBANT)

is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer as well as the co-author of Paleo Primer and Paleo Primer: A Second Helping.

Keris has helped hundreds of women transform their health with sustainable lifestyle changes and an awesome diet of tasty, nutritious food. She is passionate about ensuring people fuel themselves optimally so they can lead a long, energised and happy life.

As well as running Fitter Food and writing best selling books, she also lectures at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Lucy Rocca –

Lucy Rocca is founder of the website, Lucy gave up drinking alcohol several years ago and discovered how much better life is without it. Lucy lives with her family in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and is devoting all her spare time to try and help other women overcome their binge-drinking and/or alcohol dependency issues, through the novel idea of a social networking site for ex-drinkers and those who are looking for help in becoming teetotal. She is also co-author of The Sober Revolution: Women Calling Time on Wine o’clock, a book specifically written for women who are looking for a way out of the alcohol trap.
