We are huge fans of short but effective workouts. We love longer workouts too but we understand that time is not always on our side and it’s good to have some training ideas at your finger tips to get the job done in minimal time.
All you will need for this fat-burning circuit is a kettlebell and a step box and you’re good to go – you can also use a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell if you prefer. The key here is continuous movement and getting the circuit done with minimal to no rest other than transitioning exercises. I would rather you went light and kept going than going too heavy and keep on stopping. It’s all about finding a rhythm. This is a full body workout which means plenty of calories burnt and your heart rate will be through the roof and we mean that in the best way possible. Give this a try Fitties:
The way the pyramid works is you perform 10 reps on each exercise, with no rest you then complete 9 reps on each exercise, then 8 reps and so on until you have completed all reps down to 1 of each. Good luck.
