Beetrootin Tootin Mocktail or Cocktail

Beetroot provides a rich source of antioxidants and improves our bodies production of nitric oxide. This helps to open up the blood vessels, lower blood pressure and improve stamina during exercise. We didn’t need to hear that twice to start sipping away, you can take this pre workout to help fuel your training session or add to a cocktail to balance the booze factor.
