Slow Roast Shredded Lamb Shoulder

We love nothing more than a good old roast dinner and one of our favourites is lamb. This beauty wasn’t even cooked on a Sunday! We love cooking big roasting joints and then spreading them out throughout the week, especially if our schedule is a bit hectic as it means we have a good protein hit at the ready. Enjoy this as a roast, in a wrap, with a salad or just on its own every time you go to the fridge 🙂

Fitter Ferrero Eggs

Lynne and Matt are the inspiration behind this recipe after mentioning their plans to dive face first into their favourite chocolates this Easter. The Fitter Ferrero came to the rescue with much more cocoa and a lot less sugar!

Fitter Ferrero Eggs
We actually tested these out using egg moulds. You may need to melt a little more chocolate depending on the size of the egg moulds you get. You add a layer of melted chocolate and allow to set in the fridge before adding the nut and dough centre (you need to squash it a little, cover with more melted chocolate and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Place in the fridge to set.

Date and Walnut Chunky Choc

We are huge fans of dark chocolate (especially thick, chunky slabs!) but always a little disappointed by the lack of variety and flavours on offer so decided to create our own by simply melting down some 85% and adding various nuts, spices and fruit It’s awesome fun to do and makes a fantastic gift idea.
