Blueberry Oats to Go

Prep: 5 Mins (Soak Overnight if Possible)


  • 100g blueberries
  • 150g low fat Greek yogurt
  • 50g oats
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 heaped tsp. chia seeds
  • Water


  1. Place the oats in a small bowl and cover with water, stir in the yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds and cinnamon. Place in the fridge and allow to soak overnight.
  2. You can consume the ingredients as overnight oats or blend into a smoothie the following morning.
