Carrot and Mango Smoothie
- 20g protein powder
- 1 mango (peeled and stone removed)
- 2 medium carrots
- 150ml tinned coconut milk
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 150ml water
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
