Carrot and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 20g protein powder
  • 1 mango (peeled and stone removed)
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 150ml tinned coconut milk
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 150ml water

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
