Coconut Cream Bites

Coconut cream is simply pureed coconut flesh with a little coconut oil. It’s sweet taste and the healthy medium chain fats make it a great addition to a bowl of berries, a stir fry or just enjoy on it’s own as a tasty, high fat snack.

Cook: 1-2 Hours


  • Coconut cream – e.g Coconut Manna (buy here) or you can buys bars of coconut cream from most supermarkets (we use Biona as it has no added sulphites)

Top Tip: You can also try adding any of the following flavour enhancers:

  • Organic cocoa powder and raw honey
  • Peppermint oil
  • Almond butter
  • Cacao nibs
  • Desiccated coconut


  1. Melt the coconut cream in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering  water until the cream has melted. Stir back in the coconut oil if this has separated.
  2. Once melted pour the liquid coconut into moulds or use an ice cube tray and place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
