Fitter Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g chickpeas in water (240g drained)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 75ml water
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½–1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ –½ tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Optional

  • ½–1 tsp. harissa spice mix
  • Pinch of chilli powder

Directions

  1. Place the chickpeas, water, olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a food processor and blend until smooth. Try the hummus and add more garlic powder or extra spices if desired. Serve topped with freshly ground black pepper.
