Nutty Banana Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or dairy alternative of your choice)
- Peel and freeze your banana the night before.
- In the morning, remove the banana from freezer at least 15 mins before blending.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend together and drink up!
