Protein Bakewell Porridge

Our Protein Bakewell Porridge not only tastes warming and delicious but it’s also the perfect nutritional start to the day and will keep hunger at bay ’til lunchtime.

  • 50-80g rolled oats
  • Handful raspberries
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 heaped tbsp. whole almonds
  • 25g vanilla protein powder (or stir in two eggs)
  • Preferred milk or water as desired


  1. Place the oats and milk (or water) in a bowl to soak overnight.
  2. When ready to cook place the mixture in a saucepan over a low heat, add the raspberries, cinnamon and almond extract and stir.
  3. Cook until the porridge reaches your desired consistency. Stir in the protein powder or if adding eggs, stir in and allow to cook in the porridge for a minute or two.
  4. Add a little more water or milk if desired.
  5. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with almonds and a little more cinnamon and serve.
