These are awesome fun to make and a great gift idea. The surprise is a Nakd bar finely chopped into the chocolate – of course you can choose your favourite flavour. We went for Rhubarb and Custard but think Bakewell Tart would also be delicious! A prerequisite for this recipe is some fun chocolate moulds, a sure fire way to brighten up anyones day and we couldn’t resist these piggy’s!
Rhubarb and Custard Surprise
- 300g dark chocolate
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 2 x Rhubarb and Custard Nakd bars
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the coconut and chopped naked bar.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate moulds or an ice cube tray and place in the fridge to set.
These make a great gift idea if placed in a decorative glass jar or gift box.
