Rhubarb and Custard Surprise

These are awesome fun to make and a great gift idea. The surprise is a Nakd bar finely chopped into the chocolate – of course you can choose your favourite flavour. We went for Rhubarb and Custard but think Bakewell Tart¬†would also be delicious! A prerequisite for this recipe is some fun chocolate moulds, a sure fire way to brighten up anyones day and we couldn’t resist these piggy’s!

Serves: 10

Prep: 10 Minutes

Cook: 40 Minutes (to chill)



  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  2. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the coconut and chopped naked bar.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate moulds or an ice cube tray and place in the fridge to set.

These make a great gift idea if placed in a decorative glass jar or gift box.
