Smokin’ Baked Cauli

Pimp my veg MTV…I mean Fitter Food (if you know you know) 😂 This is a simple way to jazz up the good old cauliflower. Get involved!

Cook: 25-30 Mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower with leaves removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
  2. Break the florets off the stalk of the cauliflower and cut the larger florets into smaller chunks.
  3. Place some parchment paper or baking paper on a baking tray and scatter the cauliflower on top.
  4. Cover the florets with the remaining ingredients and using your hands to toss the cauliflower until all the florets are evenly coated.
  5. Place in the oven to cook for 25-30 minutes stirring them half way.
  6. Enjoy as a side dish with anything you like 👌.
