Sticky Ribs

Serves: 6 ribs

Cook: 80-90 minutes


  • 6 large pork ribs, scored
  • 500g passata
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Celtic Sea or Himalayan Pink salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
  2. Place all the ingredients except the ribs in a large bowl.
  3. Add the ribs and coat thoroughly in the sauce.
  4. Place the ribs in a baking tray and pour over the remaining sauce. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven to cook for around 30–35 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and cook for a further 45–60 minutes. Turn the ribs over half way through the cooking time.
