- 3 heaped tbsp. Greek yoghurt (you can also use sheep’s or goat’s yoghurt)
- 1 heaped tbsp. capers, ﬁnely chopped
- 2 tbsp. cornichons, ﬁnely chopped
- 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
