Tartare Sauce

  • 3 heaped tbsp. Greek yoghurt (you can also use sheep’s or goat’s yoghurt)
  • 1 heaped tbsp. capers, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cornichons, finely chopped
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
