Sessions run at set times each week and are available via telephone or Skype. The 12 week package is most effective when more time, communication and testing is needed to assess the cause of your symptoms and the results of the nutritional, supplement and lifestyle interventions.


Is the 12 week nutritional therapy package right for me?

If you have any chronic or complex health issues that have persisted for a significant amount of time it is recommended that you participate in this structured consultation package to obtain more in-depth guidance, continued support and regular contact to allow your plan to be reviewed and adapted.

This option is the most effective when more time, communication and testing is needed to assess the cause of your symptoms and the results of the nutritional, supplement and lifestyle interventions.

It is typically most applicable to digestive health disorders, skin conditions, hormone imbalances, mood-related disorders, fertility issues, chronic pain, joint problems or chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

How It Works

Prior to your consultation, you will be required to complete a detailed health questionnaire which provides an insight into your health history, current nutrition, exercise routine and lifestyle and most importantly your personal health goals. You can also send any previous test results undertaken by your GP or previous health practitioners.

During the first 60 minute consultation, extensive details will be collected regarding your health history and your families health to establish potential genetic patterns, there is also an in-depth review of your current health including digestion, sleep routine, stress levels, mental well-being and assessment of any signs or symptoms of dysfunction.

Following your first consultation, you will be provided with your bespoke nutrition and wellness plan, which includes detailed dietary information, recipes, nutritional supplement recommendations, exercise plans and lifestyle guidance, as well as details on how to book your follow-up sessions.

Keris Marsden is a qualified Nutritional Therapist (registered with BANT) as well as a personal trainer who specialises in using a functional medicine approach to health and wellbeing. Keris has Professional Indemnity Insurance with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

“My 1:1 Nutritional Therapy consultations with Keris have been invaluable to me, and I just don’t know where I would be if I had not invested in this. I have been seeing Keris for 1:1 Consultations for the last 5 years (since I was 30), mainly for various gut issues, but also for prenatal advice, and body composition guidance in the earlier days. I have been obsessed with fitness and nutrition since I was 21 years old, so I have always been an avid gym goer and runner, and strict when it comes to eating healthily (although my definition of “healthy” eating has modified over the years). Despite this, I have been battling with gut issues for a number of years now, but things took a turn for the worst approx. 2 years ago. Terms And Conditions

Keris Marsden of Fitter Food is available for nutritional consultations via Telephone or Skype only. You may stipulate at the time of booking whether you’d prefer a telephone or Skype consultation. Prior to the first consultation, you will be sent a detailed health questionnaire to complete and return for Keris Marsden to review.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance are charged at 50% of the consultation fees.

The costs outlined are for the consultation only. There may be additional costs if supplements or laboratory testing is recommended, however, these are optional and will be discussed in detail during the consultation.

Fitter Food only recommends pharmaceutical grade supplements from manufacturers and reputable brands who are certified with Good Manufacturing Practices and supported by scientific studies and research.
