STRONGER is a two-day Kettlebell, Bodyweight and Yoga Workshop by Fitter Food.
It takes place on Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 April 2020 in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Kettlebell Technique Training
The kettlebell is an incredibly versatile piece of kit and we look forward to sharing our 12 years of kettlebell training experience with you in Edinburgh.
We will be covering the foundation kettlebell exercises, teaching you how to perform the movements with safe and effective technique so you leave with the confidence to continue training with kettlebells on your own be it at home or in the gym.
We will also show you how to put together an effective full-body workout, for all ability levels.
Bodyweight Training And Core Strength
Our goal is to help people do the basics brilliantly and bodyweight training is the perfect opportunity to do that.
Learn how to master a proper push-up, improve squat mechanics, build single-leg strength and strengthen those all-important glutes.
We will also be covering some quick but effective bodyweight combos that are perfect for those busier days or when travelling with no access to gym equipment.
There’ll also be plenty of core drills to keep your movement foundation and midline strong.
Mobility, Yoga Flow, Breathing Techniques and Relaxation
Movement is medicine and mobility routines, yoga and learning how to relax a bit more have played a huge role in aiding our own recovery and keeping injuries at bay.
We will be breaking up the weekend with some restorative yoga flow and mobility routines, including breath work and relaxation techniques to improve joint health and overall health.
PLUS Group Training Sessions, Awesome Tunes and Plenty of Banter
ULTIMATELY we will ensure you return home with awesome new skills, renewed energy, motivation, focus and of course, new fitter friends 🙌

Please note: you will need to arrange and pay for your own travel and accommodation.
The schedule is jam-packed from 11am-5pm, we advise you to fuel up early with a big brekkie and bring along some Fitter snacks and a light lunch to keep you energised.

Once booked places are non-refundable and can’t be switched to another date, but they are transferable to another person should someone wish to take your place.
