Our Fitter Food weekender will take place Friday 5 – Sunday 7 October in the beautiful town of Tunbridge Wells, Kent and we are only making a small number of places available.

In fact, the whole schedule is jam-packed with expert coaching sessions on the Fitter Food Lifestyle which includes nutrition, exercise, movement, mental health, mindfulness, sleep and striking a healthy balance.
We know the key to your success is embedding healthy habits that you can effortlessly repeat day-to-day, even when you’re super busy. So at the Fitter Food Weekender, we will teach you how.

Our schedule is jam-packed with expert coaching sessions on nutrition, macros, kettlebells, bodyweight training, mental health, mindfulness, yoga and movement, so there’s plenty to learn.
- Mastering and progressing bodyweight and kettlebell exercises
- Learn how to structure your weekly training to get the best results
- An interactive workshop on understanding and personalising macronutrients for fat loss and performance
- Learns strategies to develop a strong mindset and combat anxiety, negative emotions and stress
- Mindfulness training with our favourite strength coach Paul Watson
- Support joint health with some short daily yoga and movement sequences
- Play with movement and including balance training, fitter flow, and primal moves.
