What clients have to say…
LYNNE | HYPOTHYROIDISM (HASHIMOTOS) “Everyone wants to live longer, but to live longer you need to live better. With help you can turn your life around and make staying healthy your new habit. And, if along the way a few of those health niggles become slightly bigger you need an expert to guide you along. A lot of people suffer from a thyroid problem, it’s a regular phenomenon according to my GP. I’m one of them taking levothyroxine as regular as clockwork , but Keris doesn’t treat me as one of the thousands, we are working to a goal to make me better and I know we’ll get there. Oh and by the way,
did I mention she’s practically saved my husband’s life too, after his heart attack. She helped us through the quagmire of eating right, supplements and day to day routines. She’s always there if we have a hiccup and ultimately she cares. To anyone considering a 1:1 consultation you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!”
AGNIESZKA | PCOS, FERTILITY AND DEPRESSION “For years I had struggled with anorexia and PCOS, which caused infertility and then depression. For seven years I was trying various options to get pregnant including Chlomid and IVF, but to no avail. I was very pleased with Keris’ thorough analysis of my health. Apart from the interview, she insisted on various blood tests to help with getting the best nutrition plan for me. What was great was that Keris worked with me to devise the plan rather than throw rigid instructions at me, so for example she asked me if I like lamb and as I didn’t she provided me with an alternative. She also helped to incorporate food that I like (sushi). After a few days I received a suggested full weekly menu, list of vitamins and food supplements as well as instructions on dosages and where to get them as well as lots of other very useful information. I weaned myself off the depression medication within 4 months of starting my new diet, got pregnant naturally within 6 months and three months after I added regular exercising (walking 4 times a week). I have two healthy daughters now, no signs of depression and feel so much better educated about food choices. Keris was my best decision of my lifetime. And I know that it’s always hard to make the first step towards massive scary change but I can tell you that’s it’s only for the better and with very little sacrifice.”
