Who is it for?

The Women’s Health, Hormones and Happiness Retreat is for busy women who are burned out and at breaking point with their hormones.

It’s for women who are ready to restore, rebalance and renew their hormone health. Women who are ready to slow down, reflect and prioritise some much needed self care.

This is for:

  • Any woman and her hormones!
  • A women who is either: cycling (having periods) or Peri-Menopausal/Menopausal (both topics will be covered)
  • A woman who is currently missing periods
  • Women who are concerned about hormone health and worried about burning out

With 10 min turbo talks, interactive Zoom sessions, practical coaching and support from an expert team. Including qualified nutritionists, a relaxing yoga therapist, a trained sleep coach and other exercise professionals, ensuring you and your hormones will be looked after and nurtured back to a good place.

Your 6 week retreat is a step-by-step educational framework which focuses on nutrition, testing, exercise, emotional health. The weekly structure provides a hormone fixing process that can be personalised to your needs and lifestyle.

In the private Women’s Health, Hormone’s and Happiness Retreat Facebook group there’ll be daily interaction and support.

Every week will include :

  • 3/4 x 10 min Turbo Talks each week on specific hormone-related topics
  • Practical sessions on yoga, relaxation, and meditation
  • ZOOM interactive Q&A sessions
  • Facebook Lives for support
The whole retreat is designed to work around anyone with a busy lifestyle too.
The weekly ten-minute turbo talks will be saved in the Facebook group and you can watch them in your own time.
Every Thursday evening there’ll be an interactive Zoom session at 7.30pm covering a hormone-related topic. These will be recorded and emailed to you so you can catch up if you’re unable to make the session.
Keris will also be in the Facebook group daily answering questions and providing LIVE content that you can view at a time convenient to you.

Full 6 Week Agenda of Women’s Health, Hormones and Happiness 

Week 1 – Understanding Hormone Cycles and Lifestages

Sessions will help you gain a better understanding of your hormones including reproductive, insulin, cortisol and thyroid hormones.  You’ll learn how to test hormones accurately and gain an insight into links with skin, digestion and immune system health. Plus guidance on menstrual cycle issues, peri-menopause and menopause.

Week 2 – Mindset : Taking Back Control Of Your Brain  

Sessions will focus on emotional health and understanding how your brain chemicals and hormones interact. Mapping out your mindset story will help you develop an awareness of what’s going on, what needs to change and you’ll be given practical guidance to help you achieve this.

Week 3 – Nutrition Essentials: Diets, Hormones & Weight Loss

Sessions will outline the key factors your nutrition needs to cover for optimal hormone health whilst helping you reflect upon on how much body image and dieting has impacted your relationship with food.

Week 4 – Exercise Essentials:  The Perfect Plan For You

Sessions will discuss the U shaped curve effect of exercise on hormones as both too much and too little can have a negative impact on hormones. You’ll be guided through the process of discovering the right amount and type for you and your hormones.

Week 5 – Sleep Soundly: The Foundations For Solid Snoozing    

Sessions will discuss the influence of hormones on sleep health and vice versa, it will include plenty of guidance and advice on establishing a personalised sleep routine that works for you and your slumber.

Week 6 – Building A Strong Foundation For The Future     

The final sessions focus on helping you get organised for life beyond the retreat, empowering you to establish milestones to help you measure your progress, ensuring you’ll leave with your own personal plan of action.

AND we finish up celebrating with ZOOM drinks, a chat and virtual disco with an epic playlist put together by all of the brilliant women on the retreat.

What if I can’t make the live sessions?

Don’t worry – all our Zoom and live sessions will be recorded and saved in the Facebook group, so you can watch back in your own time.

The Zoom sessions will be Thursday evenings but there will also be additional Facebook Lives throughout the week discussing various topics, you can catch up in your own time as everything stays in the Facebook group (filed in the guides section).
