Body Image Freedom Workshop

Does this sound familiar?
As summer arrives your inner critic gets louder, rudely pointing out that your thighs, stomach, and “bingo wings” are unacceptable.
Pleasure foods come with guilt, exercise or fasting compensations, or overthinking.
You’re furious researching anything and everything to beat the bloat.
Your wiser self knows your energy is meant for more but the body image spiral still takes over.
You’re not alone.
It’s common to experience a resurfacing of body image struggles but it’s also important to know you can end it.
You can change the narrative and free your mind for greater things.
You can stop listening to this restrictive dialogue and just begin to feel comfortable in your body experiencing life.
Join me for a free Body Image workshop on 16 July at 7pm a
