Super excited to be speaking on the 05 November at the fabulous Women in Fitness Summit 2017. I’ll be covering healthy habits that make for healthy hormones and giving lots of actionable steps and useful bits of information that you can implement straight away.
The Women in Fitness Summit 2017 is a fantastic event run held over 2 days in London and is the brain child of the very lovely Joslyn Thompson Rule who we have featured on Fitter Food Radio (check her out on episode 53).
