Ingredients
- 50–80g rolled oats
- 1 small apple, grated
- 50–80ml coconut water
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- Small chunk root ginger, grated (optional)
- 2–3 spoonfuls of natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. almonds
Method
- Place the oats in a bowl with the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Cover the oats with coconut water and stir in the yoghurt, combine thoroughly and allow to soak overnight.
