Ingredients

  • 50–80g rolled oats
  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 50–80ml coconut water
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg
  • Small chunk root ginger, grated (optional)
  • 2–3 spoonfuls of natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. almonds

Method

  1. Place the oats in a bowl with the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Cover the oats with coconut water and stir in the yoghurt, combine thoroughly and allow to soak overnight.
