Whether you have no equipment, a single kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells or a decent home set up including a barbell I would love to put a personalised training plan together for you regardless of your ability level.

Are you stuck in a rut with your training? Are you missing the gym and looking to shake things up and make some solid progress? Would you like to sculpt

Let me create a personalised training plan for you! 

I’m a firm believer in making the most of what you’ve got and that progress can still be made even with minimal equipment or no equipment at all whilst training at home.

Whether you have no equipment, a single kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells or a decent home set up including a barbell I would love to put a personalised training plan together for you regardless of your ability level.

Here’s how things work:

  • Once you book I will be in touch within 24 hours to get a better idea of your goals, your ability level and exactly what equipment you have access to plus your availability and to let me know if you have any injuries at all
  • You will then be set up with a test week training plan which will give me a much better idea of your current ability level, strength, technique and mobility. You will be required to film the exercises during the test week.
  • Based on the above your workouts will be emailed to you each morning but can be accessed via an app or online too
  • All training plans will come with demonstration videos just in case you need a little reminder
  • I will be on hand each day to answer any questions you may have and adapt the plan where required
  • The workouts are completely personalised so will require feedback from you as I will be basing each weeks structure on how you got on in the sessions from the previous week


Qualifications and Recommendations
Matt Whitmore is a qualified Strength Coach, Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance are charged at 50% of the fee.

Payment
The costs outlined are for the first 4 weeks only. You will be invoiced £100 on a monthly basis for your personalised training plan.
