There’s a lot of noise surrounding cancer and in the first blog of this cancer series, we looked at some of the stats and facts around the disease. There is a strong desire to pinpoint a single nutritional cause and find the optimal anti-cancer diet but in the meantime, many people are often unaware of some effective modifications that could make a significant difference to their cancer risk. It helps to start by understanding exactly what cancer is and the possible risk factors that have been identified, so that's what we're going to discuss in this blog.
