Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 3–4 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- Handful of fresh parsley chopped
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and then shape into 16–20 mini sausages before placing on a baking tray and cooking for 15–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
