Smokey Sausage Snacks

Ingredients

  • 500g pork mince
  • 3–4 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • Handful of fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and then shape into 16–20 mini sausages before placing on a baking tray and cooking for 15–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
