The kettlebell is an incredibly versatile piece of kit that I have been using for years as part of my own training, that of my clients, and now for online group training since the very first lockdown.
The 4-kettlebell training plan is based on the use of 1 x kettlebell plus bodyweight training. However, if you do have more than one kettlebell then feel free to double up as variations are provided throughout. The bodyweight training is minimal but it fills some gaps nicely whilst training at home.
The plan has been designed in a way so it offers enough variety to keep things interesting, but also enough structure to ensure you make epic progress.
