Ingredients
- 500g cauliflower
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 heaped tbsp almond butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Himalayan Pink/Celtic Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Steam the cauliflower until soft.
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and blend into a paste.
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, almond butter, garlic, cayenne, paprika and cumin and blend again until the mixture forms a ‘hummous’ consistency.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve with vegetable crudities.
