Ingredients

  • 100g porridge oats
  • 300ml milk
  • 250-350ml water
  • 20g sultanas
  • Zest of 1 clementine
  • 30g protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 banana (optional)

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients except for the banana together in a saucepan on a low/medium heat
  • Keep stirring until you reach the desired consistency
  • Slice the banana and add to the top however this is optional
  • Top with some more cinnamon and clementine zest and enjoy
