Sea Salt and Cacao Collagen Chocolates
- 300g 85% Dark Chocolate
- 100g collagen powder
- 50g vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp. cacao nibs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Sea Salt to taste
- Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan
of simmering water and allow to cool slightly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Place a teaspoon of the mixture in an ice cube tray or roll into balls and place on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
- Place in the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes, store in an airtight container.
