Sea Salt and Cacao Collagen Chocolates


  • 300g 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 100g collagen powder
  • 50g vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Sea Salt to taste


  1. Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over a pan
    of simmering water and allow to cool slightly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in an ice cube tray or roll into balls and place on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes, store in an airtight container.
