After launching our first book many people requested some further guidance on how to personalise and plan their meals to support their fat loss and performance goals, so we’ve included some steps and practical information you can take regarding macronutrients, calories and portion sizes. Timeline of The Paleo Primer

March 2015
Matt and Keris have their dreams come true when they sign a publishing deal in the UK with Ebury Publishing. Fitter Food: A Life Long Recipe for Health and Fat Loss is re-published and re-named The Paleo Primer (like it’s American brother) and Fitter Food finally hits major bookstores. Yippee!

September 2013
Fitter Food goes global! Mark Sisson and Primal Blueprint publish the book in the US under a new name – The Paleo Primer. The book is tailored for the American audience with weights, measures and key statistics updated and Fitter Food is introduced to a whole new Tansatlantic market.

October 2012
Fuelled by a strong passion for creating recipes and eating foods that fuel their active lifestyle (as well as a yearning for their name in print!), Matt and Keris self published their debut book: Fitter Food: A Life Long Recipe for Health and Fat Loss in 2012 and sold thousands of copies.
