Ingredients

  • 180g fat free Greek yogurt/ natural yoghurt or Skyr
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 25g oats
  • 2 oatcakes, crumbled
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger (optional – substitute fresh or
    stem ginger)
  • 5g (1 level tsp.) chia seeds
  • Vanilla stevia to taste (or
    substitute honey or xylitol)
  • Optional

  • 1 tbsp. nuts, chopped
  • Large Portion

  • 250g fat free Greek yogurt/ natural yoghurt or Skyr
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 50g oats

  • 3 oatcakes, crumbled
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger (optional – substitute fresh
    or stem ginger)
  • 1⁄2 tsp. chia seeds
  • Vanilla stevia to taste (or
    substitute honey or xylitol)
  • Optional

  • 1 tbsp. nuts, chopped

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt in a Kilner jar or any breakfast bowl.
  2. Add the lemon juice, grated apple, oats, crumbled oatcakes, cinnamon, ginger, chia seeds and stevia (or desired sweetener). Stir to combine and place in the fridge overnight.
