Ingredients
- 180g fat free Greek yogurt/ natural yoghurt or Skyr
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 small apple, grated
- 25g oats
- 2 oatcakes, crumbled
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger (optional – substitute fresh or
stem ginger) - 5g (1 level tsp.) chia seeds
- Vanilla stevia to taste (or
substitute honey or xylitol) - 1 tbsp. nuts, chopped
- 250g fat free Greek yogurt/ natural yoghurt or Skyr
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 small apple, grated
- 3 oatcakes, crumbled
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ground ginger (optional – substitute fresh
or stem ginger) - 1⁄2 tsp. chia seeds
- Vanilla stevia to taste (or
substitute honey or xylitol) - 1 tbsp. nuts, chopped

Method
- Place the yoghurt in a Kilner jar or any breakfast bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, grated apple, oats, crumbled oatcakes, cinnamon, ginger, chia seeds and stevia (or desired sweetener). Stir to combine and place in the fridge overnight.
