Ingredients

  • 100g natural yogurt
  • 30g porridge oats
  • 100g blueberries (any berries or fruit can be substituted)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
  2. In a bowl combine the yogurt, oats, berries, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and egg.
  3. Transfer into a small heatproof bowl (slightly larger than a ramekin) and place in the oven to cook for 30 minutes until golden.
  4. Once cooked, allow to cool a little and enjoy.
