Overnight Vanilla & Cherry Protein Oats


  • 90g oats
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 250g 0% yogurt
  • 60g dried cranberries or cherries
  • ½-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional)


  1. Place the oats, almond milk and protein powder into a bowl and mix well until the protein powder has completely mixed in.
  2. Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well again.
  3. Separate into 2 tubs, put the lids on and then whack them in the fridge overnight.
  4. Enjoy cold.
