Ingredients

  • 1 handful of either kale or watercress
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • chunk of fresh ginger
  • juice of one lime or lemon
  • coconut water or water
  • 2 heaped tbsp. berries (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and add the desired amount of water/coconut water.
  2. Blend to your desired consistency.
