- 1 handful of either kale or watercress
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- chunk of fresh ginger
- juice of one lime or lemon
- coconut water or water
- 2 heaped tbsp. berries (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and add the desired amount of water/coconut water.
- Blend to your desired consistency.
