- 400g lamb mince
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne chilli
- Salt and pepper
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and using clean hands mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into five burger patties and place on a grill tray. Cook for 20–25 minutes.
