Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 6 large pork ribs, scored
- 500g passata
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- Celtic Sea or Himalayan Pink salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4.
- Place all the ingredients except the ribs in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the ribs and coat thoroughly in the sauce.
- Place the ribs in a baking tray and pour over the remaining sauce. Cover with tin foil and place in the
oven to cook for around 30–35 minutes. - Remove the foil and cook for a further 45–60 minutes. Turn the ribs over half way through the
cooking time.
TIP
These are even tastier if left to marinade overnight.
