Stop Wasting Time on This

Recently a client and I discussed how much time we’ve wasted in our life worrying about…

  • Muffin tops

  • The number on the scales
  • Wrinkles
  • Hair loss

We laughed at how we’ve been absolutely swindled for decades.

This objectification of our body has kept us distracted.

The message to hyper focus on these things stopped us using our brilliant minds and fully exploring our capabilities and incredible skills.

The increasing number of ‘should’s’ drained our time and energy.

Seeing this as a great deception, makes it easier to let it all go.

As we head into a brand new year I really want this for you too.

Turn away from the body image battles which are ruling your thoughts.

Ditch the negative self-talk.

Rebel against it and find your freedom again.

That’s where the magic happens.

When you have space to see…

You are more than your body.

Yes you need squats, protein, vitamins, hydration, yoga, vegetables (that’s where we step in) but to resource your body for a life you love.

You’re a brilliant, strong human and we’re on a mission to make sure you know it.

Don’t be cheated, tricked, or fooled into another [you should look like this] January plan.
