These scrummy, yummy, indulgent bites are guaranteed to give you a moment or two of happiness.
All you need is:
Two squares of quality 85% dark chocolate
Two spoonfuls of cashew butter
A small sprinkle of coconut
2. Pimped Melon and Raspberry Salad
This yummy take on fruit salad has been pimped with nuts, spice and a little bit of dark chocolate.
Half a cantaloupe melon cut into segments
One small cup full of raspberries
Handful of macadamia nuts
Sprinkle of cinnamon
One square of 85% dark chocolate grated
3. No Bake Banana Bites
Fancy something a little different with your afternoon cuppa? Try our no bake banana cookie bites for a moment of afternoon bliss.
This is such a quick, easy dessert that can be whipped up in no time at all. Keep some tins of coconut milk in the fridge so you can have ready made coconut cream at any time. Any combination of fruit, nuts and seeds is great so feel free to be creative.
