									Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sesame or olive oil
- 500g beef mince (substitute pork, turkey or soy mince)
- 200g mangetout
- 100g broccoli florets, chopped
- 3–4 spring onions or substitute 1 tsp onion powder
Method
- Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger paste, honey and garlic powder in
 a bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan, add the broccoli, mangetout and
 spring onions. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables begin to char
 before adding the beef mince and stir fry until browned.
- Add in the sauce mixture, stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is fully coated in the mixture and cooked through.
- Served topped with a little more soy sauce or tamari if desired.
