500g beef mince (substitute pork, turkey or soy mince)
100g broccoli florets, chopped
3–4 spring onions or substitute 1 tsp onion powder
Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger paste, honey and garlic powder in
a bowl. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan, add the broccoli, mangetout and
spring onions. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables begin to char
before adding the beef mince and stir fry until browned.
Add in the sauce mixture, stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is fully coated in the mixture and cooked through.
Served topped with a little more soy sauce or tamari if desired.
