Berries and Chocolate Coconut Cream

A super simple dessert that packs in healthy fats and antioxidants.  You can top any fruit with chocolate coconut cream , it just never gets old.  The key to this recipe is taking a can of coconut milk the night before you want your dessert, shake it and place in the fridge. When you open it the next day you will have a thickened coconut cream.

  • 150g blueberries
  • 1 heaped dessertspoon of cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp of coconut milk (**shake the night before and place in the fridge to thicken)
  • Sweetener of choice (3–4 drops of stevia, teaspoon of honey or teaspoon of Xylitol)


  1. Place your berries in a serving bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the thickened coconut milk, cocoa and sweetener and stir until a thick chocolate sauce is created.
  3. Pour over the berries and serve.
