Choc Avo Bliss Smoothie

Easily one of the most popular recipes on our Fat Loss Kickstarter plan, packed with protein, healthy fats and an awesome chocolate hit.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1–2 scoops chocolate, vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Handful mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 500ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk (carton not tinned variety)

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water to make your perfect smoothie.
