Ginger Kickin Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 medium apple, cored and quartered
  • Dice size chunk of ginger
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 25g vanilla protein powder
  • Water or unsweetened milk to taste
  • Vanilla stevia (optional – substitute erythritol or honey)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Add a little more milk or water if desired.
