Choc Strawberry Protein Hit
- 200g fat free Greek yogurt/natural yoghurt or Skyr
- 15g chocolate protein powder
- Vanilla stevia to taste (or substitute honey)
- 80g strawberries, sliced
- 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
- 20g dark chocolate 85% cocoa, grated
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the protein powder and vanilla stevia (or desired sweetener).
- Top with sliced strawberries, cinnamon and grated chocolate.
