Rich, crunchy and satisfyingly bittersweet – these roasted almond and cacao nib bites combine dark chocolate, nut butter and a hint of sea salt for the perfect no-bake treat.

Roasted Almond & Cacao Nib Bites

Ingredients

  • 300g dark chocolate (85%)
  • 100g almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 50g salted/roasted almonds
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • Salt to taste
  • Additional sweetener if desired (stevia, honey or maple syrup)

Method

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and stir in almond butter, salted/roasted almonds, cacao nibs, salt to taste and additional sweetener if desired.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small a loaf tin lined with greaseproof or silicon mould. Place in the fridge or freezer to set and slice into squares or bars.
