Ingredients
- 500g turkey thigh mince
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves crushed or finely chopped
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Season with Himalayan pink salt or freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Handful of fresh coriander to serve
Method
- Combine all the ingredients except for the fresh coriander into a large bowl and mix together with your hands
- Make into burger patties before heating the oil in a pan on a medium heat and then cooking the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked
- Enjoy with our super easy homemade mango chutney which you will find here and some rice
