Ingredients

  • ½ tsp ground ginger or chunk of root ginger (dice size or more if you like it fiery)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 20g vanilla protein powder or 150g natural yogurt
  • 1 small banana
  • 30g oats
  • Milk or water as desired

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine, add milk or water until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
