- ½ tsp ground ginger or chunk of root ginger (dice size or more if you like it fiery)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 20g vanilla protein powder or 150g natural yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 30g oats
- Milk or water as desired
