Ingredients
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 medium apple, cored and quartered
- Dice size chunk of ginger
- 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
- 25g vanilla protein powder
- Water or unsweetened milk to taste
- Vanilla stevia (optional – substitute erythritol or honey)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Add a little more milk or water if desired.
