Paprika Pork Balls

									Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
 - 1 heaped tsp paprika
 - 1/2 – 1 tsp chilli flakes (depends on what kick you like)
 - Pinch of pink salt
 - Large handful of fresh coriander
 
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180c.
 - Mix the mince, paprika, chilli flakes and salt thoroughly in a bowl.
 - Roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball, place them in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15 – 20 mins or until cooked through.
 - Place them in a bowl and top with some fresh coriander. Then time how long they last 🙂
 
Tip:
These are fantastic as a quick dinner too so feel free to increase the measures and have with some rice or courgette spaghetti.
