  • 2–4 cooked turkey slices
    Plus a filling of your choice
    Choose an additional protein (optional)
    2 heaped tsp. almond or cashew butter
    2–4 slices smoked salmon
    1–3 boiled egg, sliced
    1–2 tbsp. hummus

    Vegetables
    Lettuce
    Watercress
    Sliced tomatoes
    Sliced peppers
    Olives, chopped
    ½ avocado, mashed

Method

    Add your chosen filling to the centre of the turkey slice, wrap and enjoy.
